This chart starts out with a brass chorale and slowly builds into an exciting up-tempo swing featuring time changes and a strong melody. Soprano saxophone has an extended solo over top of the form leading into a unique and intense unison sax soli featuring two sopranos. The angular sax soli eventually gives way to a rubato piano solo. The piano then leads into a funky groove that turns out to be a highlight at the end of the piece, where bass trombones are featured in a crescendo to an exciting finish.
